Training & consultancy

Training programmes and workshops in gender studies and women’s issues, and gender consultancy for organisations and international institutions.

Since the early 2000s, Maya Alrahabi has designed and delivered training programmes and workshops on gender, equality, and the political and economic empowerment of women. Through them she has trained generations of activists and researchers in advocacy, leadership and public work.

She has also served as an expert and consultant on projects combating violence against women, and on specialised work concerning transitional justice, the missing, and housing, land and property rights in the Syrian context, in cooperation with international organisations.
